Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly advertised on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier scans your package.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any:

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Alekxis is not responsible for:
- Packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Stolen packages confirmed as delivered
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order:

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After processing begins, we are unable to make changes.
Incorrect Address Policy
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered at checkout:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- Reshipping costs (if any) will be the customer’s responsibility

Items marked as pre-order will ship on the estimated date listed in the product description.
